Data Deletion

Last updated: August 11, 2026

There are two ways to remove your data from Stellr: instantly, yourself, inside the product, or by asking us directly. Both are described below.

1. Delete it yourself: Undo

Inside your workspace, Undo lets you remove what a digital colleague has learned or done. Undo is not a soft delete — it genuinely deletes the underlying data and redacts it from Stellr’s institutional memory, not just hides it from view. Your workspace admin can trigger it from inside the product.

2. Ask us: email request

If you’d rather we handle it — for a specific item, or for your whole workspace — email [email protected] with your request. Tell us what you’d like removed and confirm you’re authorized to make the request on your organization’s behalf.

What happens next:

  • We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
  • We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
  • We confirm with you once it’s done.

What “deletion” means

Whether triggered by Undo or by an email request, deletion removes the data from Stellr’s active systems and redacts it from institutional memory. Copies held only in routine backups may persist briefly until they are overwritten in the normal course of business, after which no copy remains.

Where this applies

This applies to workspace content and personal data your organization has provided to Stellr. For more on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.
