Privacy Policy

Stellr Technologies Est. (“Stellr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds a governed AI workforce for institutions: you hire digital colleagues who share your organization’s own institutional memory. This policy explains what we collect — through stellr.ae and through the platform once your organization is a customer — how we use it, and the control you have over it. For how to remove your data, see our Data Deletion page.

1. What we collect

Browsing our website. HubSpot, our website analytics and forms provider, sets a cookie in your browser to recognize repeat visits and collects standard analytics such as pages viewed.

Filling out a form on our website (for example, to join a pricing plan or contact us). We collect your name and email address, which are sent to HubSpot, along with your IP address, to process your request.

Using the Stellr platform as a customer. We collect the workspace content your organization provides or connects — documents, messages, and records from the tools you use — plus basic account information (name, email, organization) and usage data about how your workspace uses Stellr.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t collect more than the above.

2. How we use it

Workspace content becomes your organization’s own institutional memory: your digital colleagues use it to answer questions, carry out the work you ask for, and keep a record of what happened. We do not train shared AI models on your content — a colleague’s knowledge comes from its own scoped memory, not from changing the underlying model. Website form data is used to follow up with you and run things like our pricing waitlist; analytics data is used to understand how people use our site.

3. Access is scoped and consented, by design

Every piece of knowledge in your workspace belongs to your organization, and nothing else. Access runs through a single enforced checkpoint rather than permission checks scattered across the codebase — our own build process automatically blocks any code that tries to read workspace knowledge without going through it. Content can be marked active, redacted, or opted out, and those states are checked before any answer is generated, not applied after the fact.

4. Citations

When a digital colleague answers using your workspace content, Stellr is built to trace that answer back to the record it came from, and to check — independently of the model that produced the answer — that the record actually supports what was said. Where a claim can’t be verified against your data, we say so rather than presenting it as settled fact.

5. Undo and your control over your data

Undo lets you remove what a digital colleague has learned or done. It is not a soft delete: Undo removes the underlying data and redacts it from your workspace’s memory, so it stops informing future answers rather than just disappearing from view. See Data Deletion for how to use it or ask us to act on your behalf.

6. Where your data lives

Stellr is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. For institutions that need their data to stay in-country or entirely on their own infrastructure, we offer in-country and on-premises deployments, so your data and processing stay under your own organization’s control rather than on shared cloud infrastructure. Ask us about deployment options for your organization.

7. Who we share data with

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers who help us run Stellr — for example, the AI model providers that power your digital colleagues, the cloud infrastructure that hosts the platform, and HubSpot for our website’s forms and analytics — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose data if required by law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep workspace content for as long as your organization’s plan specifies — memory windows vary by plan — or until you remove it via Undo or a deletion request. Website form data is kept only as long as needed to follow up with you. When a workspace closes, we delete or redact its data, other than what we’re required to keep by law.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, or remove your data at any time — see Data Deletion. If you have questions about your data or this policy, contact your organization’s Stellr admin, or email us directly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Stellr and our pilot evolve. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
