Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stellr’s platform and services (the “Service”), provided by Stellr Technologies Est. (“Stellr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

1. The service

Stellr is a governed AI workforce for institutions.

You hire digital colleagues for real roles. They share one governed institutional memory, act in the real world through your tools, and answer to your policies. You talk to a chief of staff; the team does the work. You hand a colleague a folder, or you hand them a job — the same motion, on the same surface. Knowledge in, work out, and what happened becomes memory.

Everything they know is scoped and consented. Everything they claim is cited and verified. Everything they do leaves an audit trail you can walk.

Not a chatbot, not a copilot: an org chart you can install — on your infrastructure, in your language, under your rules.

These Terms cover your use of that service during our pilot phase. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the content and data your organization provides.

2. Pilot stage

Stellr is in an early pilot phase. Features, availability, and behavior may change as we build with our pilot customers, and we don’t yet offer the uptime guarantees of a mature product. We’ll tell you about material changes that affect your workspace.

3. Accounts and access

You must be authorized by your organization to create or administer a Stellr workspace. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Within your organization, your admins control who — human or digital colleague — can access each part of the workspace.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use it to break the law or violate anyone else’s rights.
  • Attempt to bypass, probe, or defeat the access controls, consent gates, or security of the Service.
  • Upload or connect content you don’t have the right to share with your digital colleagues.
  • Use the Service to build or train a competing product.
  • Misuse the Service in a way that disrupts it, other customers, or the systems it connects to.

5. Your content

Content your organization provides to Stellr (“Your Content”) stays yours. You grant us the right to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to your organization — building your workspace’s institutional memory, answering questions, and carrying out the work you ask for. You can remove Your Content at any time; see our Data Deletion page for how.

6. Stellr’s intellectual property

Aside from Your Content, the Service itself — including the software, design, and Stellr’s brand — belongs to Stellr and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to it beyond what you need to use the Service.

7. No warranty

Because we’re in a pilot phase, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Stellr’s answers are built to be cited and verified, but your organization should still apply its own judgment to output that matters.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Stellr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Stellr’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the pilot. On termination, we follow the process described in our Data Deletion page for Your Content, unless we’re required to keep it longer by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the pilot evolves. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
